Product Licensing
Harry's Stock Photos allows the purchaser of stock photos to use the purchased photos as often as desired as long as the original files are not resold as stock photos or clipart. Prints cannot be copied, given away or sold.

Harry's Stock Photos is committed to protecting your privacy.
Any information obtained (Email, Sign Up, Catalog Request, Account Information) will not be distributed or sold to any third party. All information collected is for the sole purpose of providing promotional materials and customer service. If at anytime, you wish for your information removed or want to be removed from our email list, you will have the option to do so by emailing us a request that we do so.

Shipping and Returns
All shipable items will be charged at the time of shipping. Shipping insurance above the minimum amounts must be requested and will be charged to the invoice. Harry's Stock Photos is not responsible for damage during shipping. Shipping charges are an estimate, if the actual shipping differs, you will be contacted to approve the change. Warranty period is 15 days for shippable items. Non-Shippable items such as stock photos are not warranted and not returnable. If you have any questions, please ask a sales representative. All returnable items must be issued a RMA number before being returned. Products returned without a RMA number will be refused by Harry's Stock Photos Inc. The RMA number will be issued after the completed RMA request form, with original invoice number, is faxed or emailed to Harry's Stock Photos Inc. Products returned with physical damage will be rejected. Cash or credit excluding shipping may be issued if the product (excluding stock photos) is returned to Harry's Stock Photos within 7 Days of purchase. All items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All sales are final after 7 Days!

Warranty
All of Harry's Stock Photos Inc's products are guaranteed against defects for 15 days from the date of the invoice. Except as expressly stated herein, Harry's Stock Photos Inc. makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied of any kind with respect to products sold on the harrysstockphotos sites. Except as expressly stated herein, Harry's Stock Photos Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Harry's Stock Photos Inc. arising from any product sold on the harrysstockphotos.com sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Harry's Stock Photos Inc., its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

Purchase of products is acceptance of these policies.
